Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@regimenlab.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

- International Orders: For our customers outside Canada and the US, we cannot refund shipping fees, or any duties/customs fees/import fees/taxes incurred after shipment. We do our best to ensure smooth border clearance, but please be aware of fees charged by local authorities!

- Multiple Items: We don’t accept returns of more than 1 unit of the same item(s) per order (try it first before you make a bulk purchase!)

- The Kit: To enable us to provide it at an excellent value, we can't accept refunds on The Kit (The Regimen Kit), only store credit or exchanges.

- We know that you, the person reading this, are a wonderful person. But unfortunately people aren't always the best and they do things which make companies like us have to include awkward terms like this:

Regimen Lab maintains the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. This means we reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund or accept your order for any reason - including, but not limited to, if we deem your order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
